No, what we would like you to know most about Zononi Lawn & Landscape is that we don’t just talk about personalized service. We take action on it every single day.

The owner of Zononi Lawn & Landscape is Rory Zononi. He grew up here in Williamsburg and has emphasized personalized service from day one. His father, from whom Rory purchased the business, made sure Rory knew that customers were a lot more than a number in a client database. They are the lifeblood of any business.

It’s easy to recognize impersonal service like being referred to as “Dear valued customer” on a receipt or postcard advertisement. How about being over promised by a salesman for a huge lawn care company then underwhelmed by the actual worker who tells you to contact a manager when problems arise?

Our goal is to be as far away from that type of business as possible. That’s why our owner answers all company emails personally. Phone calls for estimates and inquiries are taken by Rory Zononi, not a faceless secretary who will never get to walk across your lush front lawn. 

Over the years this personalized service has worked out pretty well. We get lots of “fan mail” in the form of thank you cards. We’ve been blessed with a business that grows each year. And our clients know they can call for an emergency problem after hours. You know, the types of calls that big-box landscaping companies see on a notepad the following Monday morning.

Our rates are reasonable. Or work is top-notch. But if you only think of one thing when it comes to Zononi Lawn & Landscape… 

Our company and our community are a perfect fit. We’re large enough to put the pieces together on big landscaping projects. But still flexible enough to customize lawn care options for all our customers, each of whom we know by name, not number.
